BoopClaw User Guide
Complete reference for all BoopClaw features — from lead collection to automated outreach and AI-powered deal closing.
Quick Start
- Download & Install — Get BoopClaw from the website, install and launch.
- Login — Register or login with your account.
- Configure Platforms — Click platform tabs (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) on the right side to login to each platform.
- Start Collecting — Go to
Collect, enter keywords, click Start. - Send Messages — Go to
Templateto create a message template, thenSendto start outreach. - Track Results — Check
Dashboardfor stats,Contactsfor details,Pipelinefor deal stages.
AI Setup (Optional but Recommended)
Many advanced features require an AI API key. Go to Settings > AI and configure:
- Provider — DeepSeek (cheapest), OpenAI, OpenRouter (Claude), or Qwen
- API Key — Get from your provider's dashboard
- Test — Click "Test" to verify connectivity
Features that require AI are marked with AI throughout this guide.
Instagram Collection
Two collection modes are available:

How to use
- Click the Instagram tab on the right to login first
- Go to
Collectpage - Enter keywords (comma separated), set max posts
- Choose mode: Browser or API
- Optional: Check "Exclude China (+86)" to filter out Chinese numbers
- Click Start
Collected contacts appear in Contacts with WhatsApp number, email, bio, follower count.
Facebook Collection
Collects from 3 sources: Marketplace, Pages, and Search. Login to Facebook via the right panel first.
Extraction includes: name, profile URL, WhatsApp/phone, email, business info.
Google Maps Collection
Searches for businesses by keyword + region. Extracts: business name, phone, website, address, reviews, rating.
Great for B2B local business targeting.
LinkedIn Collection Pro+
Searches LinkedIn profiles and companies. Extracts: name, title, company, connections, profile URL.
Best for B2B decision-maker targeting.
TikTok & Alibaba Enterprise
TikTok: Collect creator profiles, follower counts, engagement metrics. Target KOLs and trending creators.
Alibaba / 1688: Collect supplier data for B2B sourcing and cross-border trade.
WhatsApp Sending
Send messages to collected contacts via WhatsApp Web. Login to WhatsApp via the right panel.
Send modes

Built-in safety: rate limiting, smart timing, random delays between messages to avoid bans.
Email Outreach
Batch email sending via SMTP. Configure email server in Settings. Supports template variables and unsubscribe tracking.
Message Templates
Create reusable message templates with dynamic variables:

Separate templates for WhatsApp and Email. Preview before sending.
Drip Sequences Pro+
Multi-step automated follow-up campaigns:
- Create a sequence with 2-10 steps
- Set delay between steps (hours/days)
- Choose channel per step (WhatsApp or Email)
- Auto-stop when lead replies
- Enroll leads manually or via auto-enrollment rules
Auto-Tagging
Automatically classify contacts based on profile data:

Lead Scoring
6-factor weighted scoring system. Configure weights in Settings:
- Follower count, engagement rate, profile completeness
- Website presence, email availability, custom rules
Filter high-score leads (e.g., score > 40) before outreach to focus on quality.
Profile Enrichment AI
AI analyzes contact bios and websites to extract: company name, products/services, estimated revenue, decision-maker role.
Trade Data Analysis Pro+
Query UN Comtrade database by HS code to find:
- Top importing countries for your product
- Trade volume trends over years
- Target markets for Google Maps collection

Collapsed: minimal input bar at bottom. Expanded: full chat with message history.
